1. How long is the delivery time?
We normally ship your items within 2-5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on where you live.

2. How much does shipping cost?
The shipping price is displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Sometimes we also offer free shipping for purchases over a certain amount.

3. Can I return an item?
Because all products are printed uniquely for you via print on demand, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or if you have changed your mind.

4. What happens if something is wrong with my order?
If you have received a damaged garment, misprint or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Send us pictures and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. How do I resize?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the size afterwards as each garment is produced to order. Therefore, always double-check the size guide before ordering.

6. How do I wash my Loom Wear garments?
All our garments have washing instructions on the label. We always recommend gentle washing at low temperatures to preserve the quality for longer.

7. Do you create your own designs?
Yes! All our garments are made with unique designs that are not found anywhere else. We love creating clothes that stand out.
